Your WFM product is being sunset. What next?
Turn a vendor notice into a platform decision — without letting the deadline make the choice.
Confirm what the notice means for you
A lifecycle announcement is not the same as an immediate shutdown. Confirm the exact product, deployment, support milestones, contractual terms, and data-access options with your provider. Keep a written record of the dates that apply to your organization.
Use the change to reconsider the platform
Compare the offered upgrade path with independent alternatives. For a UKG workforce management alternative or an ADP eTIME alternative, begin with your exact product and operational requirements rather than a generic vendor comparison.
- Identify daily friction that should not carry into the next system.
- Separate workforce management requirements from payroll and HR replacement decisions.
- Validate integrations, pay rules, historical records, and reporting.
- Compare the full cost of licensing, implementation, training, and support.
Work backward from a validated cutover
Define acceptance criteria before choosing a launch date. Include representative pay periods, integration outputs, employee access, manager training, and fallback responsibilities. Give your team enough room to evaluate rather than simply react.
